Collaborative Model

I believe that I now have a sufficient understanding of the SUMO modules and the TraCI API that I can now begin to build a specific scenario, containing detectors, emergency vehicle behaviours, yielding of passenger vehicles, traffic signal and railway crossings. Dr.Thulasiraman has proposed I speak with one her graduate students who is working on transportation and communication protocols so we might collaborate and build a model which incorporates the research they have conducted.
